Let’s say you provide a service on your website through a form.
As the last step of this form, ask the question about how happy the user is about your service before they can click submit.
Grey out the Submit button till the user selects the highest possible rating.
Voilà – done
It works better if you’re providing a government service for which there is no competition.
Works even better if the form is extremely long so redoing it is not a viable option.
